Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

3 c flour

3 tsp. baking powder

3 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 cups sugar

1.5 c oil

3 c grated carrots

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together. In another bowl, whisk oil and sugar until well mixed. Stir in the dry ingredients and the eggs. Mix in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350 F for ~45 min.
