2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves
2 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
2 heaping Tbsp sour cream or strained yogurt
Add all ingredients to the food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. Makes enough for 8-10 servings.
