Cheese and Olive Puffs

Ingredients:

2 cups grated cheese (Edam)

5 1/3 Tb butter

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp tabasco

1/4 tsp Worcestershire (optional)

~50 spanish stuffed olives

Preparation:

Drain and rinse olives. Soak in fresh water for 1-2 hours to remove brine. Dry with paper towel. Cream cheese and butter in food processor. Add flour, tabasco and Worcestershire. Divide dough and wrap around olives. Bake at 400F for 25 min.

Olive puffs can be assembled in advance and frozen. Bake and serve hot.
