Myung-Gyoon Lee, a DTM visiting investigator and a Professor in the Astronomy Program at Seoul Nation University, returns for a one-month stay during July and August. Lee is studying the star formation history of Local Group galaxies, star clusters in the interacting galaxy M51, globular clusters in spiral galaxies and giant elliptical galaxies, formation of galaxies in galaxy clusters, and variable stars in galactic globular clusters.
