On 30 November 2007 the DTM-GL Lunch Club celebrated its 60th anniversary with potluck dinner in the Greenewalt Building dinning hall—the current home of the lunch club—rather than at a local restaurant where, ironically, previous anniversaries have been held. The dinner was organized by twelve cooks each providing an entrée typical of their noon meal. Other members of the club contributed appetizers and desserts. The Lunch Club currently has around 30 members, however the event drew approximately 150 people comprising of past and present BBR employees and guests. Also in attendance were Mary Bailey, wife of former DTM Director George Wetherill, and Lore Brown, wife of former DTM staff member and Lunch Club historian Louis Brown. Bailey and Brown were both presented with honorary copies of the 100-recipe Lunch Club Cookbook recently assembled by GL staff member Marilyn Fogel.
