Ray Aylor joined DTM as a Machinist/Instrument Maker for the machine shop. For more than 22 years, Aylor worked as a machinist and engineering designer at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). During his time there, he worked on the fabrication of several of the electronics boards for the MESSENGER spacecraft.
