DTM machinist, Jay Bartlett, II, became a father for the first time on August 17, 2005. Hannah Jayne Bartlett, was born at 1:00 p.m. at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs, 5.5 oz and was 20 inches long.
