Mark Schmitz, who finished his term as a Postdoctoral Associate in December, has joined the faculty of Boise State University. In addition to continuing his research on the isotope geochemistry, geochronology, and thermochronology of deep continental lithosphere, Mark joins a scientific team in the Department of Geosciences working to calibrate precisely the geologic timescale.
