DTM welcomes Oksana Skass, who joined the department as Administrative Assistant early this month. Oksana has degrees in English from Odessa State University of I. I. Mechnikov in Ukraine and in Web Technologies from Montgomery College in Rockville, MD. Previous to joining DTM, Oksana worked at the Citizens Development Corps, an internationally-focused non-profit organization headquartered in Washington, DC.
