Recent dynamical models of Solar System dust grains by Christopher Stark (a recently arrived DTM postdoctoral fellow) and Marc Kuchner (NASA Goddard) illustrate how our planetary system might look to a distant observer. The models, which track the interactions of thousands of dust grains, also provide a glimpse of how this view might have changed as our planetary system matured.
