These images show the discovery of the new Neptune Trojan asteroid
2005 TN53 taken about 30 minutes apart on UT October 7, 2005 with the
Magellan 6.5 meter telescope in Chile. The motion of the Trojan
clearly stands out compared to the steady state background of stars
and galaxies. Images on the right are the same as those on the left
except that they have a yellow arrow showing the location and movement
of the new Trojan.
